can I use your art?you can use my art for personal use only! crediting me for my art is appreciated, but not required. I also allow my art to be used on streams, though ideally with credit.I don't allow commercial use of my art (such as turning them into merchandise and/or selling it without my permission, turning them into NFTs, etc). I also don't allow my art to be trained on for any sort of machine learning model / generative AI purpose. please don't edit my art either (or at least, please don't publicly post these edits). cropping my art for a profile picture or something similar is fine!

do you do requests or commissions?I plan to open commissions for both digital art and custom charms / standees soon! I expect to open them around the beginning of October, but this may change. please look out for an official announcement on my social media in September, which will have more information (including a confirmed date)!** my commissions have been delayed due to the upcoming US tariff changes. I'm not sure when I'll be able to open them. I apologize for the inconvenience.

why did you change your mind about not doing commissions?I built a pity system
(ie. I want to spoil my 2 cats & dog more)

why don't you answer your DM's?my DM's are completely broken on Twitter and buggy on Instagram. I also have a bad habit of not checking my DM's in general. your best way of contacting me is either via email or through Etsy!

ORDER & SHIPPING INFO

when do you ship out orders?orders are typically shipped out once a week on Sundays at 12PM PST. I may ship out orders earlier if I'm passing by my shipping carrier that day.the exact ship date can be found on my Etsy storefront (in the announcement).

when is your next restock?I try to do restocks around every 2 months. sometimes I'll do them earlier if something sells out or sells much faster than I anticipated.the next restock date can be found on my Etsy storefront (in the announcement).

can you save me XXX item to buy for later?absolutely! please contact me via email or on Etsy to arrange this.

help! I picked the wrong character / didn't mean to buy something / address is wrong / etc.please contact me via email or on Etsy as soon as possible! I'll be able to modify or cancel your order if I haven't shipped it out yet. once the order is with my shipping carrier, I'm not able to get the package back and unfortunately can't make requested changes.

why are your shipping prices so high?I ship from Canada! unfortunately all of our shipping options are Not The Cheapest, but they typically arrive quickly and with tracking information. I also choose to include tracking with all international, non-flat orders to ensure that they arrive safely.if you're interested in a lower shipping cost, please contact me and we can try to arrange something else (though please note that this may or may not including tracking).

can I arrange local pickup for my order?yes! please contact me via email or on Etsy and we can figure something out.

why is your packaging so plain?I've noticed that fancy and/or heavily decorated packages are more likely to be stolen. because of this, I make the external packaging as nondescript as possible. I also want to reduce packaging waste as well, so I try not to add many decorations and reuse packaging whenever I can.
