when do you ship out orders?orders are always shipped out at least once every week, sometimes twice depending on if I'm passing by my shipping carrier or not.my next shipping date can usually be found on my Etsy.
when is your next restock?I try to do restocks around once every 3-4 months. sometimes I'll do them earlier if something sells out much faster than I anticipated.the next restock date is probably near the end of april 2024.
can you save me XXX item to buy for later?absolutely! please contact me on Etsy to arrange this.
help! I picked the wrong character / didn't mean to buy something / etc.please contact me via email or Etsy as soon as possible! I generally ship orders out twice a week. once the order is with my shipping carrier, I'm not able to get the package back.
why are your shipping prices so high?I ship from Canada! unfortunately all of our shipping options are Not The Cheapest, but they typically arrive quickly and with tracking information. I also choose to include tracking with all international, non-flat orders to ensure that they arrive safely.if you're having troubles paying the shipping fee, please contact me and we can try to arrange something else (though please note that this may or may not including tracking).
